In my humble opinion, I feel it is one of the best speeches ever given to a national convention. While then New York Governor Mario Cuomo directs his speech to President Reagan, it remains amazingly topical today. I think you will be, as I am, astonished at how parts of the text directly apply to today's troubled world.
