There is no better way to start the New Year than with a collection of pictures from Nick Brandt. Without a doubt, Brandt is one of my favorite wildlife photographers. His book, On This Earth: Photographs from East Africa, published in 2005, is one of the most astounding art books you could hope to find. The British-born lens man now lives in Los Angeles and is preparing a new book scheduled for release this year.
