So???? Is this surprising? The State is broke. For all of you who Obama "socialists" who hate Corporate America and "rich" Americans - they are the ones that pay the vast majority of taxes - which then pay for services. There is no free lunch. These students will have to get jobs on weekends and work/school. Lots of us did it.
