Just when you thought it was safe to go into the water again, along comes a billion dollar cruise ship. According to Luxist.com, The Utopia will be a combination of condos and 'hotel' rooms bringing a new combination to the cruise industry. The ultra-luxury ship will be created in South Korea but most of the investors are from the United States. The residences on the ship will range from 1,400 to 6,000 square feet and start at $3.6 million.

The ship will sail to all the 'it' places like Cannes during the Film Festival and the Olympics. The hotel gives you a place to put all those pesky relatives who think you have all the room in the world. For me, despite the price, I still worry about that rogue wave!
