Lt. Dan Choi and Captain James Pietrangelo at 2:30PM (EST) this afternoon pleaded not guilty to charges resulting from their arrests yesterday at the White House. Brought into the court room in leg and arm shackles, the two stood tired but proud before the judge and refused to plea guilty.
Choi said loudly to all who could hear, "Not Guilty, Not Ashamed and Not Finished"! Both Choi and Pietrangelo will go on trail April 26th in Washington, DC.
