1982 - MECLA Reception with Peter Scott, David Quarles, David Mixner and Governor Jerry Brown

One of those afternoon where I am going through albums and scanning pictures into the computer (somewhat poorly!). Came across some photographs from the late 1970's and early 1980's in the early days of the LGBT political movement.

Most of these photographs were taken at Municipal Elections Committee of Los Angeles (MECLA). This was the very first PAC in the history of the LGBT community. Threw in one additional one from my cowboy days! Thought I would share them with you.
