There was no 'draw' last night nor did the Republicans have reason to cheer. The clear winner, including his laughter and gestures, was every working stiff's hero, Vice President Joe Biden. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise and don't let the press, who want to appear balanced in their coverage, convince you it was a draw.

On substance, facts, morality and yes, on style, it was Biden hands down.

The Vice President showed that in a second he could take over the Presidency (God forbid) with his clear and remarkable knowledge on foreign policy. He called out the double talk of Paul Ryan who was stripped bare on the stimulus money. Ryan's attempts to land a body blow on our Joe were pathetic and even at times somewhat cruel and personal.

However, our working class Irishman Joe had two choices which were either to deck the guy or laugh at the absurdity and immaturity of his opponent. And Ryan gave Biden tons to laugh about doing the debate. Romney/Ryan has been having a field day dancing on issues like they were in a Bob Fosse musical on Broadway.

Biden turned off the music and let the nation see the reality of the Republican team. As Romney danced around the issue of 'choice' all week long, Ryan make clear where they ultimately will land. The Republican ticket will do everything in their power to have government take away the right of women to make their own healthcare decisions.

The stimulus money segment was the best of the show. Like his rich backers who criticize the poor for living off the system and then embrace every tax loop hole in the book, Ryan was the first little child to hand his bowl to the government to have it filled with stimulus funds. His lame excuse about constituency work highlighted the hypocrisy of the entire Republican ticket.

Our man Joe delivered the goods. Next week it will be Mr. Romney's turn to feel a few knockout punches. The Winner Is........Our Joe!
