BusinessInsider.com featured a massive home in Alpine, New Jersey (across the river from Manhattan) that just sold for twenty million dollars. Originally the home was listed for thirty-four million in 2011! While one of the most expensive homes ever sold in New Jersey it seems like a steal to me! The home is 34,000 square feet and the site describes it:
