My friend Jeff Matchan tipped me off to this ultra modern home in Athens, Greece. Designed by 314 Architecture Studio, it has all the ingredients of an instant classic. The sleek lines in stark white with the vividly blue pool can't help but create images of the Greek Isles. While it brings up the colors of the Greek Isles to me, the owner wanted a house that reflected his love of sailing. The entire home is anchored by the green of the lawn.
