Staff Sgt. Todd Lobraico was only twenty-two when he was killed by small arms fire in Afghanistan. The attack took place just outside Bagram Airfield. Known as T.J. , the young soldier graduated from Fairfield High School five years ago. He had been deployed once to Iraq and this was his first deployment to Afghanistan.

The young man was known for his work with different charities in his community. He loved his English Mastiff 'Gus' and equally loved his Subaru STI. His teachers fondly remember him as one of their most compassionate and kind students.

Todd's dream was to become a police officer like his father.
